You must be wondering why I am writing about a song of a movie "Rockstar". In fact for me it is not a song but a Prayer, devotion or Ibadat to God. Most important to note the point of 'Realization' Ranbir has best displayed.

Advaita Vedanta

In Advaita, there is no other. Dvaita is duality, life in contrast. If advaita is us then dvaita is the language of mine and thine. But arriving at advaita bhava — we are One, part of Paramatma, the Supreme — poses a real challenge for the best of believers. Anyone can speak passionately about advaita but mere talk does not win the Olympic gold. The practice of advaita is a whole new ball game. Likewise, intellectualising advaita can give one the impression of being in the bhava. It’s only an illusion. Sometimes, artificial gold feels like the real thing.

So how do you know you have arrived — that you have traversed the dry realm of philosophy, belief and much speaking? The signs are unmistakable: all questions cease, you search no more; you experience ananda, a bliss divine.

Advaita Vedanta emphasizes Jivanmukti, the idea that moksha (freedom, liberation) is achievable in this life in contrast to Indian philosophies that emphasize videhamukti, or moksha after death.
